a-England St George with CrowsToes Triple Black Diamond

Yes...this is a tip of my hat to one of my favorites (that I miss so much and wish would post again!) Steffels. I remember when she posted this combo, it was so droolworthy (see it here). My pictures didn't want to capture it very well, but it was a gorgeous combo in real life. So here is CrowsToes Triple Black Diamond (1 coat ) over a-England St George (2 coats).

Here is St George on its own...just STUNNING! It looks like velvet on your nails.

CrowsToes polishes are available from Llarowe and Femme Fatale Cosmetics. a-England polishes are available from creator Adina's website if you are in the UK as well as from a whole list of other e-tailers if you are an international customer. Thanks for looking everyone!

Femme Fatale Noble Garden

Hi everyone! I was feeling very greeeeen on Monday, so I chose a green lover's dream of a polish for my mani. I was lemming this polish something fierce, and my pal Kristy sent it to me as a gift! It did not disappoint!

Femme Fatale Noble Garden is a green glitter polish with all finishes and sizes of green glitter as well as a sprinkling of pink, orange, and purple glitters to look like flowers in a garden. I used 1 coat over Illamasqua Elope for this mani. It was a perfect combination!

Femme Fatale Cosmetic's nail polishes are available from their website as well as from a whole list of international stockists. Thanks for looking everyone!

Minty Green Spam

Hi everyone! Today I have several minty green themed manis that I have done over the past month or so that I haven't posted. Enjoy!

Elevation Polish Passion Flower over Pahlish Minty Fresh. I thought that Minty Fresh made the perfect base for the lovely pastel purples, yellows, whites, and greens of Passion Flower. The Pahlish was LE and is now D/C, but the Elevation Polish is still in the current line-up, although it is sold out in Lulu's shop at the moment.

Oopsie Daisies Mojito Mist over Illamasqua Milf. I love the shards of green glitter to mimic mint leaves in this polish. Genius! Mojito Mist was part of the summer Tiki Bar collection and is still in the current line-up in Cathryn's shop (which is on vacation at the moment).

Illamasqua Milf. Yellow-leaning mint green creme with a fantastic formula. I adore Illamasqua cremes.

Lynnderella Attitude Adjust-mint over American Apparel Office. This was the first Lynnderella I ever wore. I got it back when she was still selling from home and I thought I hated all chunky glitter and this one was the only one I could tolerate (although I did purchase Connect the Dots, Ruby Red Ruby, Mercury's Rainbow, and Thank Blue for good measure at the time). The shimmer and color shifting glitter are delicious! My how my tastes have changed... Lynnderella polishes are available in her eBay store

American Apparel Office. The perfect true mint green creme in my opinion. The formula is opaque and wonderful.

Did you all enjoy the minty refreshment? Thanks for looking!

Lynnderella Aquamarine Calm

Hi everyone! Now I have another Lynnderella from the Talismans and Birthstones collection, this time it is my birthstone! I had been hemming and hawing on ordering Aquamarine Calm ever since the collection came out, but I recently pulled the trigger after wearing Sapphire Starfire which I received from a giveaway.

Aquamarine Calm is a mixture of cyan and blue glitters in a shimmering base. The glitters all laid very flat on the nail with no curving. I layered 2 coats over Linda Johansen Bikini Bottom (one of my favorite blues). I quite loved this mani, and I'm so glad I pulled the trigger on this polish!

Lynnderella polishes are available from her eBay storeThanks for looking everyone!

Two Pinks: Zoya Miranda and China Glaze You Drive Me Coconuts

Hi everyone! I have a bit of a mani backlog to share with you, so I thought I would combine a few manis into one post. Here are two pinks that I have worn recently, Zoya Miranda and China Glaze You Drive Me Coconuts.

Zoya Miranda is another from the Pixie Dust line (this one from the summer collection). I picked it up on a whim when I was at Ulta one day when I realized I was crazy for the Pixie Dust finish. It isn't my favorite that I have tried (as far as color), but it is nice. The color is a rosy pink with silver glitter in the Pixie Dust textured finish. This is 2 coats, no topcoat. No issues to note on the formula (it seems pretty much on par with the others in the line).

China Glaze You Drive Me Coconuts is a neon pink jelly from China Glaze's summer collection. I ADORE the color of this polish and decided to wear it on its own. I did not find the formula to be problematic, it was pretty much on par with most of the more opaque jellies that I own. I used 3 coats for this mani. I do recommend letting the coats dry a bit in between (I find that if I did one coat and then let everything dry for about 5 minutes I had no issues.) I find the first photo to be the most color accurate.

I still have several manis to go before I'm caught up! I hope you guys don't mind the (slightly) excessive posting!

Ozotic 534

Hi everyone! Here is a gorgeous polish from the (sadly) discontinued Ozotic Mish Mash Collection. Ozotic 534 is a holographic multichrome polish. I chose to layer 2 coats over Essie No More Film to make the multichrome pop. It shifts from purple/blue/pink-red/gold. I remember this was my first Llarowe purchase ever and I thought it was the most amazing polish I had ever seen at the time. The first time I wore it, I wore it for 5 days straight (a record for me!).

As I said, this polish is now discontinued, but there are some similar polishes out there now (I believe that Enchanted Polish Across the Universe is similar, but I don't have that one to compare).
