Pretty Serious The Well Meaning But Ultimately Quite Awkward Pet Names Collection

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have a collection of gorgeous cremes from Pretty Serious Cosmetics to show you that I'm very excited about! I've been doing so many fall/winter shades lately that these bright shades were welcomed with open arms. The Well Meaning But Ultimately Quite Awkward Pet Names Collection is a collection of 6 brightly colored cremes that I will totally be wearing year-round. And as the name of the collection suggests, these are all named super cutesy pet names that you would probably cringe if you were called. These are available now in the Pretty Serious shop.

Cuddle Bunny is a lavender crelly filled with super fine silver shimmer. Formula was very easy to work with and built up nicely to opacity in 2 coats. This is the only polish in the collection that has any shimmer, but it still maintains its creamy qualities, just with some additional depth.

Honey Puff is a bright sunny yellow creme. Formula was very nice to work with for a yellow and it evened out perfectly for full coverage in 2 coats. I think this is a very wearable yellow shade that is perfect on its own or I could see it used in a lot of nail art. It definitely reminds me of a perfect honey bee yellow, so the name is totally appropriate.

Pookie is a bright aqua blue creme. Formula was very nice and flowed easily and I got full coverage in 2 coats. Oh my...blues like this are some of my FAVORITES and this one did not disappoint! So bright and lovely!

Snugglebutt is a vibrant (almost neon) purple crelly. This one had a really nice formula to work with and I used 2 coats for full coverage. The cool-toned neon purple is not something you see all the time (they are usually more bordering on pink/red) so I was really pleased with this one. It's a deep shade, but has a lot of vibrancy to it.

Stud Muffin is an almost neon bright red crelly. Formula was very smooth and flowed easily and I got full coverage in 2 easy coats. It is so bright and squishy! You can see a slight hint of VNL in pictures, but it really wasn't visible in real life. I love a good red creme/jelly and this one is just perfection!

Sugar Cakes is a cool-toned bright pink (almost neon) creme. The formula of this one was on the thicker side, but I still had no trouble with application and it did self-level. It is very opaque and I used 2 coats for full coverage, but probably could have gotten away with one. This polish is pink perfection, JUST my perfect shade of neon pink. I always love cool-toned neon pinks more and they seem to be less common than the warm-toned ones so I was so excited to see this one when they arrived. I actually saved it until last when I was swatching because I knew I wouldn't want to take it off!

The Well Meaning But Ultimately Quite Awkward Pet Names Collection is available in  Pretty Serious's shop. Pretty Serious polishes are also stocked with these other stockists within Australia and internationally. Be sure to follow them on FacebookInstagram, and Twitter and their blog for updates and swatches. Thanks for looking everyone!
